The 1836 takes place during the celebration of Texas’s Independence every year at the Diamond B Ranch in Neches, Texas. This is truly a unique Western event you don’t want to miss! The week is full of activities, including a mounted shooting competition, trail rides, live music, ranch rodeo, and an open rodeo (new this year!). Wagons race on Saturday and Sunday of race weekend at 1 pm. Folks are encouraged to come camp early, bring their horses, mules and wagons, and to participate in the many activities on the schedule. Be sure to bring your lawn chairs if you are coming for the day, and check out the schedule for fun activities for the whole family to enjoy!

Limited RV Hookups available. First come first serve. $20 per night.

All passes are purchased upon arrival at the gate.
